Returns & Refunds
Our policy on returns, exchanges, and refunds.
Return window
You may return unused, undamaged products within 7 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Products must be in original packaging with all accessories included.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in the same condition you received them. Glass mousepads must be free of scratches, chips, or adhesive residue. Opened consumables such as mouse skates and grip tapes cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
Return process
Contact support@loadoutgear.gg with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions and, where applicable, a return shipping label.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Damaged or defective items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
Presale cancellations
Presale orders may be cancelled for a full refund before the production batch ships. Once the batch has shipped, standard return policy applies.
