Shipping Policy

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. During presale periods, fulfillment begins after the production batch is complete and quality-checked.

Domestic shipping (China)

We ship via standard courier services within mainland China. Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days after dispatch. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.

International shipping

International shipping will be available after the first China batch has been tested and fulfillment workflows are confirmed. Authorized overseas stockists will be announced on our Stockists page.

Order tracking

Tracking information will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched. For presale orders, tracking becomes available when the batch ships.

Packaging

All products are shipped in protective packaging designed to prevent damage during transit. Glass mousepads include reinforced inner trays and corner protection.
